Automatic image acquisition system that documents and traces the cut surface and underlying tissue of a paraffin block, as well as capturing the macro-image of stained and unstained histological slides.
The system is able to acquire the image of the material placed in the bio-cassette or slide during the sampling phase and of the cutting surface after the inclusion phase. Four supports are available to accommodate standard slides, macro-slides, standard bio-cassettes and macro-cassettes. The system can also be used in admissions to document the entry of cases into consultancy. Can be interfaced to the laboratory's LIS, which allows you to recall the acquired image directly from the management system.
