Disposable, nonsterile, in vitro diagnostic device for clinical use, intended for the collection, uptake and preparation of cell block material in vitro, previously taken according to the reference method for the type of cytological specimen, which can then be used in the different stages of treatment provided in a pathological anatomy laboratory, including molecular biology and immunohistochemistry techniques. The device is compatible with commercially available cytology fixatives and is used for the creation of cell block, in the different treatment steps provided in a pathology anatomy laboratory.
